  • November 1 | 10am - Baptism is your first step after committing your life to Jesus and deciding to follow Him. It is an outward, public expression of the inward change you've experienced by receiving the free gift of life through what Jesus did for you.
  • Kids’ Baptism Class | October 25 - This class is designed to help parents and children explore what baptism means and how we celebrate it as a church. It’s a relaxed and welcoming environment where you can ask questions, learn together, and talk openly about faith and next steps. Registration is requested.

“Is Comfort Killing Your Faith?”

What if the life you've worked so hard to make comfortable is actually keeping you from the life God created you to live? Most of us work hard to build lives that are safe, predictable, and free from unnecessary risk. But could the comfort we've worked so hard to create actually be holding us back from experiencing more of what God has for us? This Sunday at Church Story, we'll explore a surprising moment in the book of Esther and wrestle with a question worth asking: When was the last time you took a step that actually required you to trust God? You'll discover how to recognize when comfort is quietly weakening your faith and what it looks like to take meaningful steps toward a life of greater courage, purpose, and dependence on God.

We were created for connection, and the church is meant to be more than an event we attend. As people who know we are fully loved by Christ, we can take the risk of making room for meaningful relationships, serving others, being vulnerable, and helping build the kind of community we are all searching for.
